Staging, cleaning, floor plans, and photography are parts of the pre-market prep, along with copywriting and the design details.

Step 5: Pricing Your Home

Experience and a multitude of programs are used to evaluate the historical numbers and future predictions to price your home appropriately.

Valuing a home is both an art and a science. 

You deserve a well-rounded perspective on the real estate market. GHC stays on top of real estate trends through weekly classes knowing the ebbs and flows of our local affairs. 

You will receive a comparative market analysis (CMA) and we can even preview in person the comparable homes for sale.

You will receive a step-by-step outline of the sales process and the expectations along the way. Together we will consider the parameters of offers, while our team keeps on top of all the dates and deadlines leading to closing.
