A day in Superior: Drive through town past the large, metal sculptures and hop on the trail system. Appreciate the ease of shopping for all your needs. After lunch, it’s a quick visit to the larger towns like Denver or Boulder, or the very nearby Louisville.
Superior is located with easy access to Denver and Boulder and has been noted as one of the best suburbs to live in. While the area was originally known for being “superior in coal”, today the new homes with a backdrop of the mountains are more likely to draw in attention. It’s easy to get outside with 594 acres of open space and views, and 29 miles to enjoy the on. Rock Creek is the largest neighborhood and has a mix of 4500 homes, two pools, and tennis courts. The new area of Downtown Superior is building into a community hub with little parks, a cafe, and a sports center. The 4th of July parade and the Chili & Beer Fest both bring everyone out to the streets.
