Emelie is the most amazing real estate agent in Boulder County! As a first-time home buyer, we bragged to everyone about how easy buying a house. Emelie knows the market and has the data or to answer all your questions. She talked to the neighbors and the selling agents to get the scoop on every house we looked at. When we found the one, she had the entire closing process laid out step by step, it took me 20mins to set up all our closing tasks! Even when the one in a million hiccup happens on the seller’s end that stops the closing, she was there calling attorneys at 8pm negotiating new terms making sure we could move in the next morning. I will never buy or sell a property without Emelie!
